The Winco ALXP-1826P Perforated Full Size Sheet Pan is designed to bake cookies, roast vegetables, and more with consistency. The full size sheet pan is made of commercial-grade 3003 aluminum with a perforated bottom that has 1/8″ diameter holes. These holes allow for increased airflow around the food, helping to ensure even cooking in convection, combi, or conventional ovens. The sheet pan’s closed-bead design also resists rust and corrosion for longer-lasting life in your kitchen.
