Signature Server Classic Frost Top Stations are a lively and unique idea which puts a twist on cold food service. They provide a chilled surface for preparing beautiful cold treats in front of your diners. The base of the unit is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel and can be finished either in brushed stainless or one of many laminate finishes. The corner trims are stainless steel as well. The display area, which has an embossed frost pattern, fits flush with the work surface. The work surface is surrounded by a 1″ drip trough with a drain to keep your work area neat. The coils attached to the underside of your work surface are covered with polyurethane foam insulation to help keep the entire unit cold. Storage is not available on this station. Locking casters allow you to place the piece wherever you’d like it to be and then have the security of knowing that it will remain motionless in that spot as your servers work.
