Measuring 72 3/8 inches in width, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 36 3/4 inches in height, this unit comprises a top prep area with a removable 11 3/4-inch-deep cutting board and slots for 16 sixth-sized pans. The top section is safeguarded by a removable insulated stainless steel cover, ensuring ingredient protection.
The cabinet, divided into three sections, includes a stainless steel liner and coved-corner floor. It can be customized with six PVC-coated wire shelves, adjustable in 1/2-inch increments. Access to the cabinet is through 20-gauge metal doors, equipped with locks, heavy-duty metal handles, and a convenient stay-open feature beyond 90 degrees for efficient loading and unloading.
