The True TSSU-60-16-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table feature a self-contained refrigeration system integrated into its compact structure measuring 60 3/8 inches in width, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 36 3/4 inches in height. Utilizing a forced-air system that circulates beneath the pans, it ensures even cooling from front to back, maintaining holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit’s efficient operation is facilitated by sealed and lubricated evaporator fan motors with large fan blades, expelling R290 hydrocarbon refrigerantan environmentally friendly coolant. To allow users to monitor the system’s conditions, an external temperature control and display are included. With the condenser located in the back, maintenance and cleaning are simplified.
The top section of the TSSU-60-16-HC~SPEC3 prep table, equipped with a refrigerated base, can accommodate a total of 16 sixth-size polycarbonate pans, ideal for storing diced produce or shredded meat. Positioned above the pans, a stainless steel cover can be placed to lock in temperatures after business hours, ensuring product freshness. The prep table is supplied with an 11 3/4-inch cutting board that can be easily removed for cleaning. For additional storage, the base includes two doors holding four PVC-coated wire shelves. Ensuring durability, its top, front, sides, liner, and floor are constructed of stainless steel, minimizing dents or abrasions.
