The station is equipped with 10 poly pans, each 4 inches deep, providing ample storage for classic sandwich ingredients. These pans are safeguarded by an insulated stainless steel cover, meticulously crafted to preserve cold temperatures and protect against contaminants. The front, sides, and back of the unit are constructed from durable stainless steel, while the top half features a removable cutting board measuring 11 3/4 inches deepan invaluable asset for efficiently handling high volumes of tasks like preparing chopped beef sandwiches or Caesar salads.
Beneath the True TSSU-60-10-HC~SPEC3 food prep table, additional storage is provided through two lightweight doors made of 20-gauge stainless steel, offering access to cold refrigeration. The interior houses four adjustable shelves, coated in gray PVC, that can be securely locked to limit access after hours. Both the floor and liner of the unit are made from stainless steel, featuring coved corners to facilitate cleaning. To maintain a consistently cool environment, the 1/3-horsepower motor powers the self-contained capillary refrigeration system, utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to sustain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures can be easily monitored and adjusted through the digital control display as needed.
