The True TSSU-48-12D-4-ADA-HC refrigerated prep table streamlines salad and sandwich preparation. It features an 11 3/4″ deep removable polyethylene cutting board and comes with twelve 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans for ingredient storage. The unit has a stainless steel exterior, an easy-to-clean interior with four drawers that can hold various food containers, and a 1/3 hp refrigeration system using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. It’s well-insulated to maintain temperatures between 33 and 40°F and comes with 3″ casters for mobility during cleaning. Requires a 115V electrical connection.
