Economical and efficient, the S60DD commercial gas range from Southbend is designed to get more done in the kitchen in one piece of equipment. Made of sturdy stainless steel, the front, sides and high shelf are easy to clean and durable to withstand the abuse of a busy commercial kitchen. (10) cast iron top grates are removable to easily keep the unit clean and the U-shaped burners are designed for safe and efficient gas flow. Each burner boasts 28,000 BTU on the natural gas unit and 24,000 BTU on the LP gas unit. The range features (2) standard ovens with the porcelain lined interior each measuring 26″Wx26-1/2″D. The insulated design helps to retain heat and save energy while utilizing in the oven. Full-size sheet pans can be placed either front-to-back or side to side. The staggered arrangement of the full-size sheet pans allow easy air flow for better baking services. The range stands on durable stainless steel legs that are adjustable for flexibility.
