The Southbend 4364D Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. It features (3) star/sauté burners in the front and (3) non-clog burners with standard grates and a standing pilot system. The range also includes (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition and a single rack. The 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds extra storage space, and the stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs provide a sturdy and easy-to-maintain design. With a total output of 243,000 BTUs, it is CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
