The TruVection oven includes high-efficiency in-shot burners and a two-speed fan for even and rapid heat circulation, ideal for large-scale baking. It offers three chrome-plated racks and five rack guides, providing ample space for multiple trays. The oven’s 27.25″ high coved porcelain interior is illuminated and designed with energy-efficient glass windows to monitor cooking progress without opening the door.
