The unit features two (2) sliding glass doors with eight (8) heavy-duty, PE-coated shelves inside each to accommodate different types of items. These self-closing, sliding doors with magnetic gasket allow easy loading of stock and come with locks to keep the products safe. The doors come with double-pane heated glass to retain temperature and reduce condensation. The holding temperature of the merchandizer unit can be maintained between 34°F to 41°F and regulated using an external digitally controlled system. The digital display panel allows the user to read the temperature from up to 15 ft. away. An oversized refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290a refrigerant assures quick temperature recovery to keep food fresh for a long period of time. The cabinet has interior lighting for increased visibility and attractive appeal to tempt customers. The illuminated merchandising panel at the top can be used for promotional purposes.
The Central Exclusive merchandiser comes with a built-in condensate evaporator that eliminates floor drain requirement. The pre-programmed auto defrost system minimizes condensate build-up and allows the user to easily store the merchandizer anywhere. This unit comes with a bottom-mounted 1/2 HP oversized compressor for maximum efficiency and easy maintenance. It has four (4) rollers (2 with levelling feet) for easy maneuverability. The merchandiser exterior boasts with powder-coated steel and interior comes with powder-coated aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance. It comes with a cord and plug set included for installation and requires a 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical connection.
