If you need a decided amount more refrigerator than freezer space in your commercial kitchen, you’ll find this two section Reach-In Refrigerator/Freezer Combo more space efficient and convenient than buying two products, and much more practical than buying a large freezer you don’t need. As you’re facing the unit, both the full door on the left section and the half door on the bottom of the right section cover refrigerated areas, for a total of 39 cubic feet of space. The half door on the top of the left section stands in front of 13 cubic feet of freezer space. The entire piece has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam insulation. Its refrigeration is self-contained, with the condenser located on top of the unit. The refrigerator uses R-134A refrigerant and the freezer use R-404A refrigerant. An air defrost is set by a timer, and can be scheduled to operate every 3 to 12 hours. It’s terminated by both time and temperature, and is therefor fail-safe. The lockable doors have rounded corners and recessed handles. Perimeter frame heaters avert the build-up of condensation. Three epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied for the large refrigerated section, and one shelf each is provided for the freezer and the smaller refrigerated compartment. Safety-shielded interior lighting enhances visibility. The temperature range for the refrigerated compartments is 33 to 41F, while the freezer compartment is much colder, at -10 to 32F. Push buttons are added to permit you to set and adjust the temperatures of the separate compartments individually. The accuracy of these temperatures is tracked by a microchip, and you can follow up on it by viewing the digital display. The unit is placed on four casters, and the two in front have locking brakes.
