Description
The Cooper Atkins 93230-K EconoTemp Thermocouple Thermometer is used to measure the temperature of food while it is getting prepared to ensure optimum food safety practices are followed. Suitable for commercial food establishments, this Thermocouple Thermometer can be set to either &def;F or °C for convenient temperature monitoring. It can monitor temperatures between -40°F to +500°F. The thermometer shuts down on its own when not used for more than 10 minutes. This tool has a memory to store calibration settings for everyday use and does not require recalibration. It uses three (3) AAA batteries and comes with a low battery indicator. The thermometer comes with a removable puncture probe that can be clipped to the side of the instrument for storage.
