Chop, dice, and slice all the fruits and vegetables in the Hobart FP250-1A Continuous-Feed Food Processor. Ideal for use in restaurants, cafes, and delis, this commercial food processor has a large, full-size feed hopper that supports processing capabilities for a wide variety of products and takes processing to the highest level. This food processor is operated by side-mounted on and off buttons. The pusher plate comes equipped with a powerful 3/4 HP, 8 Amps gear-driven motor with overload protection. In spite of the compact design, it has the capacity to chop up to 1200 lbs of food within 60 minutes. The double interlocked switch stops the machine in case the pusher plate opens or swings away.
The Hobart FP250-1A food processor includes (1) 3/16″ shredder plate, (1) 5/32″ and (1) 1/16″ slicer plates to perform different activities. It is angled at 50° from the front to easily and rapidly load the ingredients. It has a planetary drive that eliminates any rest time required in-between batches. Powerlink lever reduces the requirement of downward pressure while processing dense food products.
The Hobart food processor has an anodized aluminum construction and burnished aluminum feed hopper cover for easy maintenance. The aluminum plates with stainless steel knives are corrosion resistant. The food processor is complete with non-skid rubber feet for excellent stability on the countertop. This electric processor includes a 6 ft, 3 conductor power cord and requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 8 amps, single-phase electrical connection.
