The Channel Manufacturing 401SN Mobile Nesting Bun Pan Rack is a convenient kitchen area accessory that enhances organization during busy kitchen conditions. The rack is perfect for storing, holding, and transporting loaves of bread, gourmet dishes, and other baked goods. It can hold 18″x26″ bun pans and 18″x13″ pans. The tray slides have a bottom load ledge design that is made of aluminum. The 18-gauge, 304 Series stainless steel angle heli-arc are welded to the frame for maximum strength. The rack comes fitted with standard 5″ full-swivel non-marking casters that are securely bolted to the frame to facilitate replacements.
