Description
This high-performance counter-top Half Size Catering Convection Oven is a versatile way to add convection cooking to small and on-the-go kitchens. The easy to operate oven features time and temperature controls and an advanced airflow design for fast, even cooking and baking. With a compat footprint the machine has a cooking chamber measuring 9″ H by 18-3/4″W and 13-3/4″ D. Heat setting range from 175 to 500 F. Dura-body heavy duty stainless steel construction and high “R” value insulation make this oven ideal for catering and concession environments.
Stainless steel door: no door glass to break in transit. (Same as OV-013, except for stainless door)
