You can use it anywhere there’s a counter-top self-service area with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting or a prep table for plating hot foods. It’s made of stainless steel, and thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10. The control is attached to the well by a flexible water-tight 36 inch long tether, and can be flush-mounted to the counter-top. No water is added to the well, so there’s no need for a drain.
