Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units provide the right conditions to keep them in perfectly appetizing. These self-contained cold wells are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and insulated with foamed in non-CFC polyurethane. R-404A is the refrigerant used. This well makes room for 5 full size pans. They’re supported on the ends by the recessed edges of the piece. Side support comes from 6 divider bars. The interior of the well has coved corners and a drain with a gate valve on one end. A temperature of less than 41F is assured by the thermostatic control. The condenser is cleverly placed on a swivel so that it can be mounted on any side of the well. The dual air movement louver and the sliding shroud are responsible for the direction of air flow.
