The Southbend 4603DC-5L is a 60″ gas range built for high-output commercial kitchens. It features (3) non-clog burners on the front left, (2) pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) star/sauté burners on the right. The unit also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition, a cabinet base with one rack, and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. Constructed with durable stainless steel, it provides a powerful 356,000 BTU output and is CSA and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
