The Southbend 4601AD-5R is a 60″ ultimate restaurant gas range, featuring (3) non-clog burners front right, (2) Pyromax burners rear right, and (4) non-clog burners left, all with standard grates and standing pilots. It includes (1) standard oven and (1) convection oven, both with battery spark ignition, and a total of (4) racks. The range comes with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs. It provides 388,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
