The True GDM-23F-HC~TSL01 is a one-section display freezer designed to maintain temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for storing and displaying packaged ice cream and frozen foods. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in its self-contained refrigeration system to achieve and maintain freezing temperatures. The freezer is equipped with evaporator and condenser motors that provide a consistent volume of air, reducing heat production and energy consumption. The fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds at startup to remove dirt, dust, and debris from the condensing coil, contributing to efficient operation, consistent product temperatures, and prolonged system lifespan. However, regular preventative maintenance is still recommended.
The freezer has a black laminated-vinyl exterior with a durable, non-peel, non-chip powder coating. It features four adjustable wire shelves that can accommodate products of various heights. The interior is well-lit with LED lighting and a white aluminum liner, enhancing product visibility. The entire cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane to provide structural integrity and help retain cold temperatures.
The self-closing door of the True GDM-23F-HC~TSL01 has an extruded aluminum frame for durability and structural support. It is accessible via a 12-inch-long handle, ensuring convenient loading and unloading of products. The freezer also includes an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, reducing the need for manual defrosting.
