Constructed with durability in mind, the True TUC-48F-D-4-HC~SPEC3 features stainless steel for the drawer frames, facing, and liners, as well as the back, front, top, and sides, ensuring corrosion resistance. The front set of 5-inch-diameter stem castors, equipped with locks, not only provides mobility but also establishes a convenient work surface height of 36 inches.
The unit’s insulation, composed of high-density polyurethane, effectively traps cold air inside, maintaining an operating temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. This is achieved through the use of eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, aligning with environmentally conscious practices.
Enhancing efficiency, the condensing fan motor employs a 20-second reverse movement upon compressor startup to remove buildup from the condensing coil’s surface. This mechanism ensures a cleaner surface, allowing the coil to operate more efficiently and consume less energy in keeping products cool.
