The machine produces up to 550 lbs. of half-size ice cubes (3/8″x1-1/8″x7/8″) every single day. It also features state-of-the-art 24-hour preventive diagnostics that continuously monitor production and provide feedback to prevent any operational issues. The ice cube machine has an easyTouch display that shows operating status, real-time maintenance updates, and cleaning reminders, and the unit also has a programmable on/off timer for easy scheduling.
This 30-inch-wide ice machine has an easy-to-clean FoodZone with a hinged front door panel, as well as a removable water-trough, curtain, distribution tube, and set of sensing probes for efficient and quick cleaning. Some components are even made of AlphaSan antimicrobial material. The exterior of the unit is also easy to clean, thanks to DuraTech technology that resists dirt, fingerprints, and corrosion.
The Manitowoc IYT0500A Indigo NXT Ice Machine features an integrated acoustical ice sensing probe that ensures uniform and consistent production by detecting the thickness of the ice. This ice is simple to access because the machine has a hinged front door.
