The oven includes a 60-minute mechanical cook timer, interior light, and a cool-down fan to maintain optimal cooking conditions. Built with stainless steel on the door handle, front, sides, and top, and with 6″ legs for easy installation, this oven has three 1/2 HP motors and a powerful 156,000 BTU output.
