Adding to its corrosion resistance, the table’s backing is coated in a GalFan finish, while the stainless steel floor, coved corners, and interior lining ensure longevity. To provide cool air and maintain food-safe temperatures ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the table’s motor circulates an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a system of capillaries.
The top half of the True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 food prep table is equipped with an insulated cover made of stainless steel, aiding in the maintenance of set temperatures. Additionally, it comes with a removable 8 7/8-inch-deep cutting board, providing a smooth surface for assembling French dip sandwiches or refreshing chopped salads. The bottom half features two lightweight stainless steel doors, offering access to additional refrigerated storage with four adjustable shelves coated in PVC for easy cleaning. To enable monitoring and adjustments, a digital display and control are incorporated, recognizing that the opening of these doors can release cool temperatures.
