The Dukers DSP29-12M-S1 29″ One Door Mega Top Refrigerated Salad and Sandwich Prep Table combines durability and efficiency in a compact design. Built with a brushed stainless steel exterior, it features 12 1/6 pan containers with an additional row for extra storage. The foam insulation ensures stable temperatures while the self-closing door and recessed handle provide convenience in busy kitchens.
Equipped with digital controls and an LED display, the temperature can be precisely adjusted between 33°F and 41°F. The 1/7 HP bottom-mounted compressor efficiently cools the unit, and the auto-defrosting feature helps to lower energy costs. For added functionality, the prep table includes a cutting board and 4” locking casters for easy mobility.
This commercial prep table meets NSF/ANSI 7 standards and is ETL listed for safety. Using R290 natural refrigerant, it’s energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
