The Everest ETBSF2 is a two-door back-mount undercounter freezer with a back-mounted condensing unit. It features robust construction, with a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop for durability and hygiene. The interior and sides are also made of stainless steel, while the rear and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel.

This freezer is equipped with a Blizzard R290 condensing unit, known for its replaceability and ease of maintenance. It doesn’t require on-site brazing, and its reverse fan motors support efficient condenser coil cleaning. The use of environmentally friendly refrigerant R290 ensures a greener cooling solution.

The defrost cycle in the ETBSF2 is both time-initiated and temperature-terminated, aided by a defrost heater. The unit’s evaporator coils are corrosion-resistant for extended durability. The condensate drain is self-maintaining, eliminating the need for external drains. It’s also energy-efficient and doesn’t require additional electric heaters.

Pressure relief devices facilitate easy access to the interior upon opening the door. The factory preset temperature for this freezer is -4°F, with a range from -10°F to 54°F. The door gasket is snap-in and magnetic, and the high-strength door handles are recessed for convenience. The freezer is mobile on four 5″ swivel casters, with locks on the front set.
