The True TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler is designed for efficient service with dual-sided access, featuring two flip-up doors and two drop-down doors on each side to serve two lunch lines simultaneously. All doors are constructed with stainless steel and are equipped with locks to secure the milk, accommodating twelve 13-inch by 13-inch milk crates. The reinforced floor with durable floor racks ensures the cooler can support heavy loads, and the interior walls and floor, made of stainless steel, simplify cleaning. Additionally, a cleanout drain integrated into the floor allows for the drainage of water and spills from the cabinet.
The forced-air refrigeration system in this True TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler efficiently keeps milk cold, utilizing fans throughout the cabinet to evenly distribute cold air. These fans feature electronically commutated motors, operating with efficiency to lower energy use and heat production. Operators can set the temperature within a range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and for precise monitoring, an external digital display is provided. In case of issues, operators can slide out the condensing unit for maintenance.
To reduce debris buildup on the condensing coil’s surface, the reverse condensing fan motor directs air in an opposite direction for 20 seconds when the compressor turns on. Working alongside preventive maintenance, this mechanism aids in enabling the coil to work more smoothly with reduced energy usage, contributing to an extended overall lifespan of the unit.
