The hard-coated anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel base are built to last, and the QuanTanium-coated nonstick plate reduces drag while also making this slicer easier to clean. This belt-driven slicer has a reliable belt that will last for years, and a built-in sharpener easily maintains your high-quality blade. The 35-degree gravity feed improves productivity and ease of use, and a slice-adjustment knob creates consistent slices up to 13/16 inch thick. The extra-long slide rod accommodates large loaves of meats and cheese. A blade rim guard and a safety hand guard prevent accidental injury, as does a safety cover under the motor. For easy cleaning, the carriage tray safely tilts open, without exposing the blade, and a kickstand allows you to clean underneath the slicer. Nonmarking, nonskid rubber feet prevent movement, and the large receiving tray is ideal for any high-volume operation.
