The four drawers are easy to clean and can hold one full-size, 6″ food pan each (sold separately). This refrigerator maintains temperatures between 33-40°F with a 1/3 hp compressor running on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and high-density polyethylene insulation.
An insulated stainless steel hood and lid keep ingredients fresh, and the unit is easy to clean. With a durable stainless steel construction, this prep table is built to last and operates with a 115V electrical connection.
