This Kason 11094000003/11095000027 is also known as the Kason 1094 SureClose hydraulic door closer. This heavy duty door closer is designed for walk-in cooler and freezer doors. Its powerful gas-loaded hydraulic cylinder guarantees controlled closure. This door closer is tested to operate reliably even after a half million closures! This model has a solid steel housing and bend-resistant hook to assure long wear in heavy use. The 124-1161 has an exposed mounting. Mounting slots on the hook allow for easy adjustment to compensate for door sag, keeping the roller aligned with the hook for proper function. It has a 1-1/8″ offset. This SureClose hydraulic door closer comes in a Polished Chrome finish. NSF listed.
