Boasting a sturdy iron frame with a stainless steel top, the unit ensures maximum durability and long-lasting performance. The highly efficient mechanism ensures twice the production capacity in the same footprint as a single deck unit. The solid-state controls on the unit feature an electro-mechanical 60-minute timer that allows easy adjustment and monitoring of food items. This convection oven efficiently recirculates heated air through its interior compartment with the help of the powerful 1/2 HP blower motor, helping reduce the energy consumption and enhancing efficiency. There are 2 oven lamps installed on the interior to allow users to check their product without opening the doors. Each compartment features three tubular heaters that are controlled by a solid-state thermostat offering users a temperature adjustment range from 200°F to 500°F.
