The Frigos FGV-PZPT-93 is a 93-inch, three-door refrigerated pizza prep table with 30.8 cubic feet of base storage — the largest pizza prep station in the Value Series. At nearly 8 feet wide, it provides workspace for two pizza makers working side by side, with enough top-rail space for every topping on an extensive pizza menu.
The raised top rail keeps all ingredient pans at 32°F to 40°F. Three solid-door base compartments with adjustable shelves hold dough trays, cheese cases, sauce buckets, and bulk toppings. Stainless steel construction with Cyclopentane insulation throughout. A 1/2 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws 6.51 KW per 24 hours — sized to handle the cooling demands of the full 93-inch unit.
At 41-3/4 inches tall (pizza prep height) and 93 inches wide, this is a full production station. If you’re running a high-volume pizzeria, a commissary kitchen that preps for multiple locations, or a catering operation with large pizza orders, this is the table that keeps up.
