The Southbend 4604AA-5R is a 60-inch gas restaurant range designed to provide flexibility and high-performance cooking. It features a combination of (3) non-clog burners and (2) Pyromax burners on the front right and rear right, along with (2) star/sauté burners and (2) non-clog burners on the front and rear left sides. The unit includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition, all housed in durable stainless steel construction, and capable of delivering 375,000 BTU for heavy-duty use.
