The Everest ECB72D4 is a Drawered Chef Base Refrigerator designed for commercial kitchens. Its robust construction features a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop, stainless steel interior and sides, and galvanized steel rear and bottom.
This unit is eco-friendly, using the Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is replaceable without on-site brazing. The refrigerant used is environmentally friendly R290. The six 5″ swivel casters, with locks on the front set, offer mobility and stability.
The self-closing adjustable torsion system ensures a tight seal, and the cabinet and door are insulated with high-density polyurethane. The included NEMA 5-15P plug is pre-wired, ready for use. This chef base refrigerator is ideal for efficient food preparation and storage in commercial kitchens.
