The True TMC-34-S-SS-HC milk cooler is designed to hold eight 13″ x 13″ x 11 1/8″ crates. Its heavy-duty stainless steel construction simplifies cleaning, both inside and outside, including the door. Reinforced floor racks support heavy loads, and four castors make it easy to move and clean underneath. The lockable door prevents theft and tampering, and the unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane for optimal temperature retention.
This milk cooler maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with an external digital display for monitoring. It utilizes eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a self-contained capillary tube system to generate cold air. Evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure consistent air circulation. The epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and the condensing unit slides out for easy cleaning access.
The reverse condensing fan motor features an automatic cleaning function, blowing air toward the condensing coil for 20 seconds when the compressor starts. This helps remove debris, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption. While this feature enhances performance, regular preventive maintenance remains essential to ensure proper coil function over time.
