The True TSSU-36-08-HC food prep table is meticulously constructed with a stainless steel exterior covering the front, top, sides, and doors, complemented by a matching aluminum back. Simplifying cleaning procedures, the interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The stainless steel doors are equipped with 12-inch-long recessed handles, securely held in place with a sheet metal interlock, effectively sealing in cold air due to the insulation provided by foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The top lid and hood of the True TSSU-36-08-HC prep table are insulated to ensure the retention of cold air. Supplied with eight sixth-size pans, this unit utilizes a self-contained, factory-balanced refrigeration system, maintaining the desired temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An even distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet and pan area is achieved through a self-lubricating fan motor and an epoxy-coated evaporator.
In order to prolong the unit’s lifespan, the condensing coil is maintained in a clean state through a reverse condensing fan motor. This innovative feature blows in reverse each time the compressor starts up, effectively clearing the coil of dirt, debris, and dust. However, it is essential to note that while this feature contributes to coil cleanliness, routine maintenance remains crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of the unit.
