Southbend 4601DD-5R Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range :
The Southbend 4601DD-5R is a 60″ ultimate restaurant gas range with a flexible burner setup: (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) non-clog burners on the left. It features standard grates, standing pilots, and (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each including one rack. The range includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs. With a total of 401,000 BTU, it’s CSA and NSF certified for commercial use.
