The Bakers Pride® Y-602BL is a double-deck model in the Y-BL Superdeck Series, one of the worlds best-selling pizza oven lines. Designed for high-volume commercial pizza and bakery operations, this oven offers authentic brick-lined performance combined with rugged construction and flexible installation.

Each deck has a 7.5″ (191 mm) deck height and a 60″ × 36″ Lightstone fibrament deck with a Cordierite brick-lined ceiling, delivering superior heat retention, even baking, and fast recovery. With a total of 240,000 BTUH output (120,000 per deck), the Y-602BL is built to handle peak demand with ease.

The oven features a fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized interior, and full insulation for energy efficiency and durability. Independent top and bottom dampers allow precise heat management, while spring-balanced insulated doors and heavy-duty slide-out flame diverters ensure user-friendly operation.
