Mix product according to mixing instructions on label. Add 2 gallons water to a 6 lb. bag of mix. Stir with wire whisk until fully hydrated, 2-3 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes and restir. Freeze in soft serve machine and draw product at 20 – 22°F.
