Description
The Heiss Braiser Pan is a 4-quart round pan with a lid, suitable for braising and making paella. It is constructed of cast aluminum with an induction base and ceramic enamel coating. The pan is heat resistant up to 500 °F and is safe for use in the oven, on induction, gas, electric, and open flame cooktops. It is dishwasher safe, chip and stain resistant, and features a red exterior with a black interior and a clear coat finish.
