Cold buffets and salad bars require specific equipment in order to keep your food safe and healthy. Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units provide a reliable, first-rate piece of equipment for maintaining these conditions. They’re built of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and insulated with non-CFC polyurethane, and use R-404A refrigerant. The well accommodates three full size pans, or a combination of standard size pans. The recessed ledge has been added to support the ends of your pans, and four divider bars are supplied for supporting the side of your pans. The interior has a drain with a gate valve, and coved corners. It’s thermostatically controlled, and keeps the temperature below 41F. A remote compressor releases any warm air generated away from your cold well. In a well thought-out move, the condenser was place on a swivel, so that is can be mounted to any side of the well.
